Arthur grew up in Oslo, Norway with Norwegian and Australian parents. He spent a sabbatical in Sydney, graduated from high school with an International Baccalaureate and served in the Royal Norwegian Air Force. After receiving his initial pilot’s license in Norway, he moved to the United States to pursue a professional pilot education.
